COVID-19 Advanced Literature Classifier
Powered By PICO Portal
Records are tagged with their prominent keywords to help you find relevant records more quickly. CALC-19 will automate the collection of significant records and expedite a body of COVID-19 research.
As of July 2020, the site holds over 282,000 dedulicated scholarly articles that are tagged by country, year, source, topic, and keywords.

About the Data
CALC-19 also includes records using a COVID-19 search strategy in other medical databases.
The data is updated weekly to reflect the newest findings in COVID-19 research. Inside the CALC-19, you can filter records using keywords and tags to find records relevant to your work.
Each record includes metadata in addition to title and abstract, including mesh keywords, author, date of publication, and journal of publication. This richness of data makes classification more precise and exportation of findings more seamless.
Your search of articles can be exported to one of the following file formats: Excel, CSV, Endnote, RIS, BibTeX, and a new FHIR JSON format.
